CITE New Jersey is an effective networking system and an employee resource group of Verizon whose goals are to increase the individual and collective effectiveness of African-American managers and associates, and to add value to Verizon and the broader community. The organization is comprised of dedicated members who sponsor seminars, workshops, and other activities directed toward the professional and personal development of its members. We support literacy and education programs and have a strong focus on scholarship funding for youth and community outreach.
